WYNCO recruitment are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for multiple long-term subdivision projects across Brisbane’s northern corridor. These roles offer reliable, ongoing work with consistent full-time hours and the chance to build long-term careers within established civil crews.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting on subdivision and general civil construction projects
Drainage ans pipework (where applicable)
Spotting machinery and working safely around plant
Checking basic grades and levels where required
Using hand and power tools on site
General site clean-up, mobilisation and demobilisation
Supporting crews to keep projects running efficiently
Prospect to operate minor plant (e.g. rollers) where ticketed

What We’re Looking For:
Previous civil construction labouring experience
Reliable, hard-working and safety-focused




Ability to work well within a team
White Card (essential)
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Tickets highly regarded:
Mobile Plant tickets eg. Roller
Confined Space / Working at Heights / Electrical Spotters
Traffic Control
