The Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Embroidery & Print Production Assistant
to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. This role is based primarily at our
Yennora warehouse
, with opportunities to support front-of-house operations when required.
You'll be working across customer service, order coordination, and production support - perfect for someone keen to gain hands-on experience in the custom apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front of House Support
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
Respond to customer enquiries (in-store, phone, email, and social media)
Assist with product selection, garment options, and basic embroidery guidance
Process orders, payments, and job dockets accurately




Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
Order Coordination & Production Support
Receive, check, and log customer orders accurately
Liaise with the production team to ensure job details are explicit
Update customers on order progress, timelines, and pickups
Prepare completed orders for collection or dispatch
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Australian citizen or permanent resident
