About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to lead our Occupational Therapy department and help shape the future of OT services at LEAP.
This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership with hands-on paediatric practice. You'll mentor and support our team, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and play a key role in ensuring exceptional outcomes for both our therapists and the children and families we support.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy department.
Coach and support therapists to achieve their professional goals and KPIs through mentoring, accountability and ongoing development.
Work collaboratively with our administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional client experience.
Plan and coordinate our popular school holiday programs.
Lead clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development to support therapist growth and clinical excellence.
Lead regular OT department meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of our services.




Maintain your own paediatric caseload, allowing you to stay clinically connected while balancing leadership responsibilities.
