Sales and Customer-Experience All Rounder

Working closely with the GM, you will be taking inbound calls, SMS and emails, and conducting showroom sales.
As a small team we encourage everyone to work to their strengths and interests so there is a lot of potential for involvement in other parts of the business.
Key responsibilities for the role are to help us achieve another **** independent Five Star Reviews on Trustpilot by
Committing to learn and understand our entire product range and offerings;
Producing and issuing accurate quotations for the right product
Learning and understanding logistics
Handling inbound sales calls;
Showroom sales;
Processing orders; and




Related matters such as contributing toward marketing and sales material and campaigns.
