With a strong focus on customer engagement and memorable experiences, they are seeking a creative and organised marketing professional to support the delivery of campaigns, promotions and digital content across the business.
The Opportunity:
As the Group Marketing & Promotions Coordinator, you'll play a hands‐on role in bringing campaigns, promotions, events and digital content to life. Supporting the broader marketing function, you'll be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, creating engaging content and ensuring promotions and communications are executed to a high standard.
This is an ideal opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys a varied role and wants to gain exposure across social media, events, promotions, digital communications and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating engaging social media content including photography, short‐form video, copywriting and scheduled posts across multiple platforms and audiences.
Coordinating the delivery of promotional campaigns, themed events and entertainment activities while ensuring marketing materials are prepared and distributed on time.
Assisting with the production, printing and maintenance of promotional collateral, signage, displays and branded materials throughout the business.
Supporting website updates, online listings and digital communications to ensure information remains current, accurate and engaging.
Helping coordinate VIP events, customer activations and promotional draws while assisting with customer and member enquiries.
Maintaining a library of digital assets including photos,



videos and content resources for future campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Providing explicit and timely communications to internal teams regarding upcoming promotions, events, activities and operational updates.
Your Skills & Experience:
Qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and emerging digital channels.
Strong copywriting, communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence using digital tools, social media platforms and basic content creation software.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Professional, reliable and proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in hospitality, events, promotions, customer service or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
RSA and RSG certificates are advantageous but not essential.
