Our Eastgardens Branch, Bondi Branch, Warringah Mall Branch is seeking Full- Time/ Part‑Time/ Casual Customer Service Specialist & Teller (2–5 working days per week) to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience
Positive, qualified, and customer‑focused attitude
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
Responsible, reliable, and accountable




Robust ability to work both independently and within a team
Availability for 2–5 working days per week

Key Responsibilities
Process and file customer documents
Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
