The Role

We're currently seeking 20 enthusiastic Inbound Service Support Consultants to join a busy and agile contact centre based in Granville.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for venues, assisting in managing our Anti Money Laundering calls. You'll be responsible for supporting venues in processing large transactions and ensuring our AML obligations are met.

What's on Offer

Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026

Location: Based in the Granville Contact Centre, just a 2-minute walk from Clyde train station and a 5-minute stroll from Granville train station. Free parking is also available.

Shifts: Rotating roster between 7:30am and 10:15pm, 7 days a week.

Training:



4 weeks of training will be provided Tuesday-Saturday, between 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a combination of classroom-based learning and practical on-the-floor coaching.

Notes
Availability to work every Saturday is essential.
You will also be required to work on Melbourne Cup Day and Oaks Day.
These requirements are non-negotiable.
This is a casual role working onsite at the Granville office on a rotating roster

Please note, due to the nature of the industry, successful applicants will be required to complete and successfully pass a Full Probity Check prior to commencing.

What we're looking for
Previous customer service experience in a Licensed venues, retail or contact centre setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
