What you'll be doing
As a Level 1/2 Physiotherapist, you will provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to patients across Auburn District Hospital.
You will work collaboratively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes while developing your clinical expertise.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions to support safe and effective patient care
Collaborate with medical,



nursing and allied health teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care and seamless care transitions
Participate in clinical rotations, weekend, public holiday, evening and on-call services as required
Contribute to quality improvement, research, education and service development activities to enhance patient outcomes
Supervise allied health assistants and support student education through clinical teaching and mentorship opportunities
Qualifications & Registration
Qualification: Appropriate APC Tertiary Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
Registration: AHPRA Physiotherapist Registration
Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA
Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas
Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
Effective time management and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated commitment to career development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice
