Site Supervisors wanted for Rollout National– ABN Contractors (Short-Term, Full-Time).
We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our team on a short-term, full-time contract basis for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Contract duration: 3–6 months
Employment type: Contract
Shifts: Must be available for both day and night works
Locations: Positions available in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and SA

The Opportunity
You'll be working on a diverse range of Rollout projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety.
Scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget.
You'll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company.
About you
3 years in construction as a Site Supervisor with some experience in live setting works essential.
Commercial fit-out/Rollout experience (retail multi-site experience a bonus).
Strong attention to detail and a reliable, consistent work ethic.




Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders.
A track record of successfully delivering complex, live-environment projects
A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery
Confident with IT/tech/apps (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Procore)
Australian resident qualified to work in Australia
