Pikes Peak Post Acute in Current South Wales seeks a skilled cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
You will report to the Dietary Supervisor and ensure meals meet dietary requirements.
You will maintain a safe, clean kitchen, prepare tasteful meals in large quantities, follow menus and portion guides, and supervise dietary staff as needed.
