CNRS is a Neurological Allied Health company providing services through out the Sunshine Coast Region, our focus is supporting people living with neurological conditions in our Maroochydore clinic, in home and the community.
About the role
CNRS has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Allied Health Administration Assistant/Therapy Assistant to join our team at our Maroochydore clinic.
This is a full-time position that is a dual role, you will be predominately administrative assistance and reception, with the prospect for hands-on therapy support.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and directly supporting our allied health practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties including welcoming clients, phone calls, and client enquires
Diary Management Support of our Practitioners
Appointment Preparation and Clean up
Administrative tasks such as Service Agreements, Obtaining Quotes, Resource development, Client and Data entry
Supporting patients with therapy exercises and activities under the direction of qualified practitioners




Supporting the maintenance of a clean, safe and hygienic clinical environment
Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting the delivery of patient centred goals
What we're looking for
Preferred experience in administrative support, reception and therapy assistance within a healthcare setting
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance is highly desirable
Knowledge of Government Healthcare Funding bodies (NDIS, SAH, DVA, Etc)
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Strong initiative and productivity approach
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Physical capacity to support patients with mobility and therapy activities
A genuine interest in healthcare and client wellbeing
