Job Description

Working in a agile team your role will include day to day duties such as:
Arrange and carry out ingoing condition reports & outgoing inspection reports
Conducting Open home inspections
Routine Inspections when required
Manage general and administration duties as requested by management
Plus a lot more depending on the level of experience

Skills and experience preferred

The ideal candidate to be considered for this exciting prospect will firstly need to possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, be well presented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have strong organizational skills.

A current certificate of registration/assisting agent certificate is essential as well as overall computer skills and agency software such as Property Tree and I.R.E. experience preferred.
