As a
Senior 12d Designer
, you'll play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects while helping develop the next generation of designers within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Project Exposure
Residential land developments
Urban development projects
Industrial subdivisions
Roads and intersections
Stormwater and drainage infrastructure




Civil infrastructure from concept through to construction
Major developments across Western Sydney and beyond
Looking For
Around 6-8+ years' experience using 12d within an Australian engineering consultancy
Strong experience in land development and urban development
Experience with MUSIC and DRAINS would be highly regarded but not essential
The ability to mentor and support junior designers
Excellent understanding of Australian civil design standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers and clients
Someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and contributing to the ongoing success of the team
