Rockcote is seeking a Leading Hand at the Yandina Wet Production Plant to lead by example, drive performance, and inspire staff. You will motivate and develop the team, initiate improvements, and ensure safe, effective production of premium renders and coatings. Work Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm, for a 3-day weekend.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, Lean principles, and measurable team performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment on the Sunshine Coast.
