They are looking for a senior performance/digital director. The role is ideal for someone already established and confident as a director who's stayed close to the work while doing it. You know the platforms, you've kept up with where they're going, and you still like being in them.

What you'll be doing
Own performance strategy and outcomes across a group of key clients, as the senior contact
Present strategy and recommendations directly to senior marketers
Build relationships that reach past campaign metrics into the commercial conversation
Hands-on across paid search, paid social and programmatic
Senior direction on the complex accounts
Set the standards on measurement, testing and campaign hygiene

Commercial
Own the commercial health of your portfolio: profitability,



scope and resourcing
Contribute to pitches and organic growth

People
Lead and develop the team around you, coaching across levels

What you bring

Experience
Senior client relationships held in your own right
A track record of commercially developing accounts
Commercial acumen across profitability, scope and resourcing

Technical
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta
Robust working knowledge of programmatic, DSPs and buying models
Fluent in tracking, measurement and attribution, and able to turn data into a recommendation
Comfortable assessing account structures and setting best practice across a team
