What you’ll be doing:
Building trusted client relationships.
Driving new business opportunities.
Designing and delivering qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research to solve complex behavioural and commercial challenges.
Translating research into strategic recommendations, behavioural insights and practical action plans.
Advising clients on customer behaviour, decision-making and behaviour change prospects.
Using AI-enabled technology and a research platform to enhance the way insight is generated and delivered.
Helping shape the future of a fast-scaling consultancy backed by significant investment.
What we’re looking for:
Strong consultancy experience within behavioural science and/or insights environments
Excellent quantitative (leaning) and qualitative research capability
Someone who still enjoys delivery and wants to stay close to the work
Commercial acumen – you love sales and delivery
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
High standards, a robust ownership mentality and genuine care for client outcomes
Someone energised by ambitious, rapid-moving environments
Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for technology-enabled ways of working
