Nans Early Learning Centre is seeking an Assistant Director and Educational Leader to guide educators in delivering high-quality programs, mentor reflective practice, and strengthen pedagogy across indoor and outdoor settings, aligned with EYLF, NQF and NQS.
You will work closely with the Centre Director to support daily operations, coach staff, and contribute to continuous improvement while fostering a safe, inclusive setting for children and families.
