Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Food Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Sola Restaurant Bar.
This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead from the floor and ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong service standards and team engagement.
What you'll be doing: Lead daily Food Beverage operations and support service excellence.
Coach and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Manage guest interactions, feedback and service recovery.
Maintain high standards across presentation, beverage service and compliance.
Support stock control, training and team development.
Work closely with Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous leadership experience in Food Beverage or hospitality operations.
Strong guest service focus with excellent communication skills.
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and support a team.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Flexibility to work evenings,



weekends and public holidays.
Experience with Micros, Opera and 7Rooms is highly desirable.
