Gregory Jewellers is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders across our NSW boutiques, workshops and Head Office. You'll drive end-to-end HR support, coach managers and help create an exceptional employee experience across the business.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll balance strategic partnership with hands-on HR across onboarding, performance management, employee relations and investigations, while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
