Queensland Youth Services in Townsville is seeking a compassionate Case Worker to join our Townsville team. You will provide strengths-based case management, advocacy and practical support to help young people achieve secure, sustainable and positive outcomes.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will liaise with Child Safety, Youth Justice, schools and health providers, develop individual support plans, coordinate housing and services, and maintain accurate records.
