We have a brokerage in Penrith looking to expand the team. Lending across residential, commercial and asset finance.
The Role
You'll be joining a busy, high-performing office where the leads keep coming, no cold calling, no chasing your own pipeline from scratch. You'll spend your time doing what you do best: talking to clients, understanding their goals, and finding them the right loan.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Mortgage Broking services for home buyers, homeowners, investors, and other relevant clients.
Conduct comprehensive research on various loan products and lenders in the market.
Analyse clients' financial situations, objectives, and requirements to identify lending solutions.
Prepare and present loan comparisons and recommendations to clients.
Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards,



including Best Interest Duty obligations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, and legislative requirements.
Collaborate with other brokers and support staff within the MQG network.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and client service within the broker network.
About You
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Experience in mortgage broking, loan writing, or banking with lending experience preferred.
Strong understanding of lending processes and credit best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Self-motivated and driven to grow your broking career.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
