Global Skills is seeking a Post Placement/Ongoing Support Officer to provide intensive pre and post placement workplace support across Mt Druitt, Blacktown and Seven Hills. The role focuses on early identification of job retention risk and tailoring supports for sustainable employment.
You will build robust employer relationships, assist with inductions, skill development and workplace modifications as requested by the employer and participant, while adhering to quality and privacy standards.
