About the Role
As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while actively developing and maintaining client relationships.
You will work closely with clients to understand their workforce requirements and source quality candidates to meet their business needs.
This role offers a robust mix of recruitment, account management, and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and new client acquisition.




Conduct client visits and workforce planning discussions.
Provide outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
Train and mentor new internal team members when required.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
Follow and implement internal training and development programs.
Maintain compliance with labour hire and workplace legislation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, sales, account management, or business development.
A strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow business relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
A proactive, driven, and results-focused attitude.
Experience within blue-collar recruitment or labour hire will be highly regarded.
Current driver's licence.
