Experienced McDonald's Department and Restaurant Managers wanted to join our Team.
An opportunity exists for experienced McDonald's Department/ Restaurant Managers to join our leadership team within the Birkdale, Capalaba, Cleveland, Tingalpa and Wynnum West Restaurants.
This role will suit a highly motivated, customer focused applicant who has a passion for coaching and achieving business results.
You will possess an eye for detail, take pride in your work, be professionally presented and have well developed written and verbal communication.
Ongoing training, development and coaching will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Attractive remuneration (including business and performance based bonuses) will be determined on previous experience and results.
This role is Full time and requires weekend and night time work.
We are however passionate at scheduling to create a great work life balance.
Previous experience as a Qualified McDonald's Restaurant Manager is essential (RLP or LGR courses attended).
Note pay guidelines are for a RLP/LGR Qualified Restaurant Manager.
