About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, organised, hands‐on, and customer‐focused Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast‐paced and physically demanding role responsible for coordinating international and domestic shipments, managing inventory, and supporting the coordination of delivery and installation of medical devices across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will need to confidently manage multiple competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and time‐sensitive logistics requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organisation.
A proactive, adaptable, and solutions‐focused approach is essential, as no two days are the same.
This role requires someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience and understands the importance of delivering a seamless and professional customer journey through strong coordination, communication, and follow‐through.
The role involves regular manual handling, stock movement, device preparation,



and operational coordination activities within a dynamic warehouse and logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate international and domestic freight movements, including receiving, packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking
Manage delivery and installation coordination of medical devices across Australia and New Zealand
Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stocktake activities
Prepare stock and devices for demonstrations, exhibitions, loans, customer deliveries, and training events
Oversee internal stock movements and ensure accurate tracking across systems
Support day‐to‐day logistics coordination across internal teams and stakeholders
Manage and maintain demo and loan device registers to ensure availability and traceability
Assist with warehouse organisation,



stock movement, and operational coordination activities
Support urgent operational requests while managing conflicting deadlines and priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and inventory processes
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory coordination, or a similar operational role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A proactive, hands‐on, and solutions‐focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced and physically demanding environment
High attention to detail and strong accountability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using inventory, CRM, and ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite is highly regarded
Competency using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience within the aesthetics, healthcare, or medical device industry is highly regarded but not essential.
