We are looking for a qualified Diploma educator as a programming leader and 2 Certificate III trainees to join our Waratah 2 team.
Our Waratah 2 service is a 162 place service with an abundance of space for children and educators to foster curiosity, creativity, and a life long love for learning.
We are committed to embedding the Child Safe Standards and maintaining an workplace that promotes the safeguarding of all children, as a programming leader in our service, you'll play a vital role in promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children alongside our dedicated team.
The position we are offering is a non-programming role 4 days per week ***** hours (Maternity Leave Position)
2 x Certificate III Trainee positions - 22 hrs per week

Tillys Maintenance Team - Keeping Our Spaces Safe and Functional!
At Tillys Play and Development Centres, we recognise the importance of providing a safe and well-maintained environment for our children to thrive.
Our dedicated Maintenance Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our centres are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally sound, creating an optimal setting for learning and play.
Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities:
To be considered for this position, you must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
You must have a strong commitment to child safety- A zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm to all children.
Experience programming and planning for children include assessing needs, setting objectives, fostering engagement, designing, implementing, and evaluating intentional and spontaneous experiences which assist children to meet goals.
You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning.
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
