They are seeking a talented Graduate of Architecture / Project Leader with a passion for design and strong project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support projects from concept design and feasibility through to design development.
Prepare design presentations, feasibility studies and planning submissions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
Assist in delivering high-quality design outcomes across large-scale multi-residential projects.
Support project delivery while ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.




Contribute creative design ideas while maintaining strong technical coordination.

Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture.
Minimum 6 years' professional experience within an architectural practice.
Proven experience delivering large-scale multi-residential projects, with mixed‑use experience highly regarded.
Robust background in concept design, feasibility studies and project leadership.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Excellent design, communication and presentation skills.
Sound understanding of Australian planning requirements, building regulations and construction methodologies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cooperative environment.
