We are seeking a driven marketing skilled to take ownership of end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Training, IT, and external agency partners to deliver commercially effective campaigns that strengthen the Jack's Cafe brand and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, media, product, and operational channels.
Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, including product launches, promotional activity, and campaign trials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
Support media planning, creative development, customer communications, and promotional activity.
Drive optimisation across digital channels, loyalty programs, delivery platforms, and in-store visibility.
Monitor campaign performance, provide recommendations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Manage campaign timelines,



budgets, reporting, approvals, and compliance requirements.

Experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Exposure to loyalty programs, app marketing, or digital customer engagement initiatives.
Experience working with media and creative agencies.
