About The Role
Keep the home safe, well-maintained and running smoothly through day-to-day maintenance and repairs. You’ll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, manage work orders and contractors, and ensure the environment remains secure,
tidy and comfortable for residents, staff and visitors. You’ll also play an significant role in supporting a positive resident experience.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role
Applicable trade qualification (highly desirable)
Practical skills across building, maintenance tasks
Ability to manage priorities, work orders and respond to issues promptly
Understanding of safety, safe work practices
Robust communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
