Located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, Portsea Hotel is seeking passionate hospitality leaders to join our management team.
Whether you're an experienced Duty Manager, an aspiring Assistant Venue Manager, or an established hospitality leader looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, developing our front of house team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across our 200-seat dining room and broader venue.
We are open to employing the right person on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, depending on your experience and availability, we have all level of management roles available.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role, from Duty Manager through to Assistant Venue Manager.
Experience working in premium, high-volume food and beverage venues.
A genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverages.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead from the floor.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confidence managing guest concerns and developing team members.
A current RSA certificate.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Full Australian working rights.




Own reliable transport or live locally, unless relocating to the area. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
