Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely account reconciliations




Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Process and manage credit notes
Assist with accounts payable and payment processing as required
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments
Proactively collect outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding account queries
About You:
Proven experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience using MYOB is essential
Strong focus on reconciliation and collections
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
