About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced
Board Approved Supervisor (Psychology)
to join our national Clinical Supervision team.
Reporting to the
National Clinical Supervisor Manager
, you'll play an integral role in supporting the career development of psychologists across Humanity Health Group by delivering high-quality individual and group supervision, clinical coaching and mentoring.
This is a
permanent part-time opportunity (3–4 days per week)
with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available. You'll work alongside a highly experienced national leadership team committed to clinical excellence, innovation and supporting the future of the psychology profession.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing others, sharing their clinical expertise and making a lasting impact on the next generation of psychologists.
In this role you will:
Provide individual and group supervision to Provisional Psychologists completing the 4+2 or 5+1 pathway.
Support, mentor and coach early career psychologists as they transition into independent clinical practice.
Provide supervision for psychologists completing an area of practice endorsement where applicable.
Mentor postgraduate psychology students undertaking externship placements.
Deliver high-quality clinical supervision, reflective practice and professional coaching.
Develop and facilitate engaging learning and development programs for clinicians across the organisation.
Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Support clinicians to achieve excellent client outcomes while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary leaders to foster a positive learning culture across Humanity Health Group.
About You
You're an experienced psychologist who enjoys helping others succeed and is passionate about developing confident, capable clinicians.
You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy coaching and mentoring others, and are committed to maintaining excellence in clinical practice.
Essential:
Current General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
Current AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor accreditation.
Minimum five years' experience practising as a registered psychologist.
Demonstrated experience providing clinical leadership, mentoring or supervision.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
A passion for learning, professional development and supporting others to achieve their potential.
Highly Regarded:
Area of Practice Endorsement (Clinical, Counselling,
Health, Educational & Developmental Psychology or another approved endorsement).
Approval to supervise psychologists completing a Registrar Program.
Accreditation to supervise higher degree psychology students.
Previous university teaching, lecturing or clinical education experience.
Experience working within disability, community health, rehabilitation or complex care.
Behaviour Support Practitioner supervision experience.
Early childhood experience.
