Property Operations Assistant
to join our growing team.

About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our luxury holiday homes across the
Kingscliff and Casuarina
areas, while also providing administrative and operational support to the Director.
Your week will include a combination of being out on the road visiting properties, as well as
some days working from the comfort of your own home
completing administration, guest communications and operational tasks. This role requires initiative, flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to help the business run smoothly.
The position is initially
2–3 days per week
, with the opportunity to grow into a
full-time role
as our business continues to expand.
Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays.
Deliver welcome items to properties.
Assist with housekeeping coordination and quality control.




Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors.
Style and present homes to our high standards.
Assist with guest requests and day-to-day property operations.
Complete administrative tasks, guest communications and operational support from home when required.
What We're Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Someone who lives locally between
Cudgen and Cabarita
(this is an essential requirement).
