This is predominantly a back office role and would suit someone wanting to develop their skills beyond reception.

Key responsibilities include:
Professionally answering incoming calls, triage according to agreed procedures and providing exceptional customer service
Making patient bookings and responding to inquiries
Diary management
Management of consulting days/clinics including patient data entry, accounts, clinical files, and correspondence
General administration and office duties
Cleaning and sterilisation of surgical instruments




High level of attention-to-detail
Experience with Medical software ( ideally Genie)
An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters
Ability to multi-task and stay calm in high pressure situations
Well presented with exceptional communication skills.
Committed to providing an exceptional level of customer service
Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
Possess a polite phone manner
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
