Your responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service across the bar, bistro, and gaming areas.
Take food and beverage orders, serve customers efficiently, and process transactions accurately.
Maintain clean, well‐stocked, and inviting service areas.
Follow all RSA requirements and venue safety procedures.
Work closely with your teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience.
What you'll bring:




Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required—we'll provide full training.
A current NSW RSA & RCG certificate (essential).
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
A positive, professional approach to customer service.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
