You will be the face of the venue, responsible for driving a people-first culture while smashing operational and financial targets.
This is a lead-from-the-front role where you'll balance back-of-house efficiency with an exceptional front-of-house guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & speed — oversee daily operations to ensure rapid service and consistent food quality through peak rushes.Team leadership — recruit, train and mentor a diverse team,
