How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:
Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce
Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
Liaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs
Designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
What you'll bring to the role
Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy
Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills




Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
