We're looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager to join our finance team.
Reporting to the CFO and Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting continuous improvement across the finance function.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of financial reporting while also contributing to business improvement, systems transformation and strategic projects.
You'll bring:
CA or CPA qualification (or almost completed).
Solid technical accounting and financial reporting capability.
Experience managing month-end and year-end processes.
A passion for controls, governance and process improvement.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
You'll be involved in:
Financial reporting and month-end close.
Statutory reporting and audit support.
Budgeting and forecasting activities.
Financial controls and governance initiatives.
Inventory and manufacturing finance analysis.
ERP implementation and systems improvement projects.
Partnering with leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales to provide commercial insights and support decision making.
Exposure to strategic finance projects and business transformation initiatives.
