An prospect exists at our Doctors at Southport Park practice, for a friendly, qualified and dedicated medical receptionist to join our team.We're looking for someone on a casual basis, approx.16 hours per week, plus a Sunday shift approx.
every 3 weeks, along with annual leave and sick leave cover.What we are looking for:Valuable organisational skillsSuperior multi-tasking skills andExperience in a similar role within general practiceis preferred.You will be responsible for:Handling ofincoming callsDelivery of premium customer service to our patients and clinicians alikeBooking ofGPand Allied Health appointmentsReceipting of Medicare, HICAPS& some private billingsDemonstrated skills include:Experience with Best Practice (preferred)Experience in administration within a busy GP surgery (preferred)Ableto workunder pressureExcellent time management & organisational skillsExcellent customer serviceFriendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
