Turnkey is a leader in Industrial Trades Services, specialising in manufacturing, processing and infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures and components to meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal structures, pipes, and pressure vessels.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and oxy-acetylene cutting torches.
Conduct repairs and modifications on metal components as needed.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with engineers, welders, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Adhere to workplace safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.




Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar metal fabrication role.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar metal fabrication role.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
White Card/Construction Induction Card (essential for site access).
Valid Australian driver's licence (manual preferred).
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in Manufacturing and Infrastructure
Additional welding certifications or trade licenses.
Forklift, EWP, or Confined Space tickets
High Risk Work Licence for pressure equipment welding.
Previous experience working with pressure vessels and related equipment.
