If you thrive in a quick-paced workplace and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.About the Role:Coordinate and dispatch waste collection trucks across daily routesCommunicate with drivers throughout the day via phone and radioMonitor job progress and adjust runs when requiredManage customer service requests and urgent pickupsTrack vehicles and ensure schedules are metLiaise with drivers, supervisors and site staffEnsure safety and compliance procedures are followedRecord job updates and maintain dispatch logsWhat We're Looking For:Dispatch, transport or logistics experience (preferred)Excellent communication skillsStrong organisation and multitasking abilityAbility to stay calm under pressureBasic computer and data entry skillsA positive, team-focused attitude
