Task & responsibilities Provide professional advice to clients on hair care, treatments, and suitable hairstyles Shampoo, condition, and treat hair and scalp Perform hair cutting using scissors, clippers, and razors for both men and women Carry out hair colouring, bleaching, straightening, and chemical treatments Style hair for everyday looks, special events, and bridal occasions Perform advanced hairstyling including braiding, extensions, and textured styles Provide barbering services including shaving and trimming beards and moustaches Perform basic male grooming services including eyebrow shaping and scalp care Clean,



maintain and sanitise workstations and tools in accordance with hygiene standards Manage client appointments and provide excellent customer service Assist with wig and hairpiece styling, fitting, and maintenance Support daily salon operations and contribute to business growth
Qualification & experience Certificate III in Hairdressing or Barbering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of hair care products and treatments About Company BGlow Hair & Beauty Clinic is a professional hair, beauty, and wellness salon located in Clyde, Victoria.
