you'll have the chance to build a long-term career and be recognised for the work you put in.Role and Responsibilities:Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds/gardens maintenance.Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment.Complete mowing, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs.Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting.Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.Monitor site standards and identify improvement opportunities.Maintain a protected workplace and ensure WHS compliance.What will you need?
A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)National Police Check or be willing to obtain.Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
