You will lead a team of closers and setters, coach aggressively, and build systems that drive revenue growth while staying close to the floor to understand where revenue is won or lost.You'll work directly with the founder to set strategy, improve hiring and onboarding, and ensure accountability across the department in a quick-growing online education, coaching, ecommerce, or agency setting.
