About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and service team, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional ownership experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Understanding customer needs and accurately documenting repair orders
Providing service recommendations and upselling additional maintenance where appropriate
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers
Preparing invoices and processing vehicle handovers
Delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For




Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Skilled presentation and a customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Current driver's licence
