About the Role
We are recruiting a
Full-time Team Leader
to support cleaning operations at
Catherine McAuley Catholic College
.
This role involves
Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm shifts
, providing leadership and hands-on support to our cleaning teams operating within school and learning environments.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and ensuring safe, productive service delivery in
Medowie
.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting cleaning team members across assigned sites
Conducting quality checks and ensuring safety and compliance
Assisting with task allocation, inductions, and on-the-job coaching
Providing clear communication between sites and Quayclean management
Supporting rostering,



attendance checks, and workflow coordination
Maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery
What You'll Bring
Experience in cleaning supervision, team leadership, or similar roles
Strong communication and people-management skills
High personal presentation and a strong commitment to safety
Eligibility to work in Australia
Current Police Check
Working With Children Check (essential)
