CASPA SERVICES LTD is recruiting a Therapeutic Care Worker for its Coffs Harbour team on a part time basis.
The role involves trauma-informed care for children, young people and families, with a 24/7 roster including sleepovers and weekend shifts.
The successful candidate will provide activities, routines and supports to foster emotional regulation and social skills.
Applicants should have a Diploma in Community Services or related field, with a willingness to enrol if needed.
