Norco is looking for a hands-on Cold Room Supervisor to lead our distribution team at the Labrador milk manufacturing site. In this full-time role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the cold room, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
You'll lead and support a team of operators, promote a robust safety culture and help drive operational efficiency across the warehouse.
