CJD Equipment on the hunt for a proactive Outside Sales Parts Representative to take charge of our most valuable customers and drive growth in our parts division.

What you'll be doing

/n

Own and grow a portfolio of accounts

/n

Drive sales through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution based selling

/n

Provide technical product advice and support tailored to customer needs

/n

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and top tier service

/n

Attend industry events and networking to uncover fresh opportunities

/n

Keep accurate record of customer interactions and sales activities

/n

What we're looking for

/n

Proven success in parts sales or account management (heavy vehicle, construction or mining industries preferred)

/n

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

/n

Solid technical knowledge of parts and equipment

/n

Result driven with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's

/n





Skilled negotiator and problem solver with a customer first mindset

/n

Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to teamwork

/n

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel across the top end including Katherine and Kununurra

/n

Forklift licence would be beneficial

/n

A motivated self starter

/n
