About the Role
As an
Assistant Community Manager
, you will support a portfolio of residential and mixed‐use Owners Corporations, assisting with:
Responding to owner and committee enquiries
Coordinating maintenance works and contractor engagement
Preparing meeting documentation and minutes




Assisting with budgets and financial reporting
Managing compliance and legislative obligations
Supporting major works projects
You will gradually take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
The role is a flexible working role, however there will be a need to conduct site visits periodically, so only those based in Melbourne will be considered.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Professional in written and verbal communication
Eager to learn Owners Corporation legislation and governance
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Committed to developing a long‐term career in strata/OC management
Previous experience in property, strata, real estate, legal administration, or customer service will be highly regarded but is not essential.
